Please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order. Riff Raff & Co is not liable for any lost parcels.

If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.

Available for orders within a 25km radius of Brunswick only.

Order before 11am (AEDT) for delivery by 5pm the same day (Monday - Friday).* 

*For personalised items order by 4pm (AEDT) for delivery by 5pm the next day (Monday - Friday). 

*If the delivery partner is at capacity on any given day, Riff Raff reserves the right to schedule delivery the following business day. 

Unavailable on public holidays. Not available for PO Boxes.

All Same Day/Next Day Delivery services have Authority to Leave. Please contact us within 1 hour of your order if you require Signature on Delivery.

Additional Information on Customs, Duties & Taxes for International Orders

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. When ordering from Riff Raff Baby Pty Ltd, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs offices in some countries may require the importer of record to provide identification before releasing the shipment. 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 

Returns

Riff Raff Baby offers FREE returns for change of mind on UNUSED core products within 7 days of receiving your order within Australia. This excludes Limited Edition products. Due to the limited numbers, exchanges are strictly prohibited so please think carefully before purchasing a Limited Edition item. 

Customers wishing to return or exchange purchases from regions outside of Australia, will be required to pay shipping at their own expense.

The following applies:

• Items must be in perfect as new quality (unused)
• Original packaging MUST be intact and included in your return
• Refunds will only be actioned to the accounts from which the goods were purchased.

Exchanges

Riff Raff Baby offer FREE exchanges within 7 days of of receiving your order within Australia.

The following applies: 

• Exchanging gifted items will require proof of purchase from the giftee including the specific order number and name of person
• If you did not purchase the item, you are entitled to a FREE exchange ONLY
• Partial refunds can only be issued on exchanges for lesser value items if you purchased the items yourself
• Exchange or refunds will only be processed when the goods being returned have been received and confirmed as as-new quality.
• Products can not be exchange for gift cards

Faulty Products

Your sound box is covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty information can be found here.

If any of your Riff Raff items are faulty, we will assess your item and consider it for replacement up to 3 months from date of purchase. Beyond the 3 month period, our wear and tear clause comes into effect.
